Customer Agreement, Policies, Terms and Conditions
As a customer of MissyLTM Freelance, you agree to be bound by the following policies, terms and conditions:
Payment: A 50% down payment is required to begin printing, unless special arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, PayPal and all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa). Payment in full is required to release the job. A $25 NSF fund fee will apply to any returned checks.
Turnaround Times: Standard turnaround for screen printing is 5-7 business days (after artwork approval and receipt of required 50% deposit). Print Product standard production ranges from 3-7 days. Promotional products turnaround times vary from 3-10 days. Rush production is available for most products and services. Additional fees apply.
Rush Orders: Rush orders may be subject to a 35% upcharge. Contact us for current rush production availability.
Out of Stock Items: On rare occasion, our vendors may run out of particular style or color in a certain brand. If this occurs we have a variety of product substitutes available from alternate vendors. Pricing may vary with vendor. If you choose to wait for the item to come back in stock, day one of production begins the day the blank items are received.
Estimates, Proposals, Quotes: Estimates, quotes, proposals, etc. expire within 30 days and are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork.
Screen Setup Fees: Screen setup fees are for the rental and preparation of the screen, for a particular print job. Payment of screen setup fees does NOT constitute the purchase of a screen. Artwork charges will apply if artwork is not deemed.
Printing Methods and Materials: Unless otherwise specified, MissyLTM Freelance will choose the imprint method and imprint size we feel is best suited for the job.
Artwork Proofs: Artwork proofs are used to ensure the accuracy of a print job and the order details. MissyLTM Freelance requires receipt of a signed, faxed or emailed copy of each job’s proof in order to begin the first day of production. All sales are final since artwork approval is necessary before a job can enter production. You [the purchaser] certify that you own the rights to or have a license to use previously copyrighted or trademarked image(s) being used in the design of your order.
Color Accuracy: Due to variances in computer monitors and printers, colors in an artwork proof or mockup are not true to the finished product. If you desire a specific color match, please specify the color by providing either a physical sample or listing a corresponding Pantone Ink color (PMS color) on your purchase order. Additional color matching fees apply. See pricing tables for applicable charges.
Mistakes and Misprints: In the event that MissyLTM Freelance is responsible for a mistake in order production or fulfillment, the misprinted items will be reprinted at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds.
Copyrights and Ownership: In accordance with copyright laws, a design is the property of the designer; said design cannot be reproduced in any way, without the written consent of the owner. All drawings, artwork files, color separations, films, screens, proofs & other visual presentation materials supplied by MissyLTM Freelance shall remain the property of MissyLTM Freelance and may be shown in printed or online portfolios for the length of the lifetime of the artist. Final artwork & concepts may not be given to other artists to alter, reproduce or post online in any way without the express written permission of MissyLTM Freelance.
Order Receipt: We encourage you to check the quantity and quality of your order immediately. MissyLTM Freelance will not be held responsible for problems with your order unless we are notified of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. All sales are final since artwork approval is necessary before a job can enter production.
Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, refund amounts are determined based on the status of the order’s production. Refunds may be subject to applicable return shipping and/or restocking fees.
Sales Tax: FL Sales & Use tax of 7.000% applies to all finished products. Setup, design, and shipping fees are not subject to sales tax.
Resellers/Brokers: You must provide a copy of your current valid State Resale Certificate. Contact us for our wholesale price list.
Ethical Standards: MissyLTM Freelance reserves the right to refuse service. All artwork is subject to review and must be free of obscene, vulgar, violent, or sexually suggestive content.
Indemnification:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MissyLTM Freelance from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of this web site. You also certify that you own the rights to or have a license to use the image(s) being imprinted as part of your order.
Privacy: MissyLTM Freelance is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to [email protected] with “unsubscribe” as the subject line. MissyLTM Freelance does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
